Flaw was an experimental and symbolic graphic novel that began as my diploma project with Srishti School of Art in 2008 and used numbers to convey the concept of the Dystopia or world of incompleteness we live in. It used the numbers 0,1 and 2 where 0 represented nothing or the sky, 1, everything or the sea and the human is represented by the drop of water between sky and sea, proving that 0=1 and 2, a world of forms we have created as humans, representing all other numbers 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 (between 1 and 10) lies in between and is neither as big as 1 nor as small as 0, both complete. Text was kept at it's minimum and all images for the book were hand-painted though the form of the book was strictly guided by content and individualism of form was kept at it's minimum for this project.
